We ship the day after your order has been completed. We offer standard 4 business day shipping or expedited shipping of 2 days. Once order is shipped Kay Laurice is not responsible for damages or lost packages.
Thank you for choosing Kay Laurice Business, Design & Print to service your business and/or personal needs. Please understand we have a NO REFUND policy for all services and products unless your service could not be fulfilled, or order could not be processed due to an error on our end. For DESIGN services, we have a "Revision Process" that we follow to ensure that you check and either approve or reject ALL projects BEFORE proceeding with the print and or final process. If you reject the project, please submit changes to provide another design proof within 48 hours. Once you approve your design and it is process we are not responsible for any mistakes that is seen afterwards. For PRINT Services once customer approve or provide SIZES for a project, we are NOT responsible for any mistakes that are seen afterwards. We do not PROOFREAD DESIGNS THAT ARE SENT TO US.
