I am the proud owner and creator behind Kay Laurice. My journey in the apparel industry began as a little girl, inspired by my mom's printing business. With over 10 years of experience in crafting custom apparel like hoodies, t-shirts, and hats, I combine my love for design with a passion for helping others. As a digital marketing specialist, I also enjoy empowering small businesses to excel online. With this digital course, I am looking to help MILLIONS of people who want to start their own apparel line or custom apparel printing business in hopes of bringing awareness to a cause, increase account balances and creating residual income opportunities.

How do I order?For NEW ORDERS: Fill out request form to gather the label information. Once we receive the form, we will EMAIL you a quote OR ask questions if we need additional information. Once you accept the quote, we will invoice you for payment. If you select design services, the design process is 2-3 business days before we send over a proof for your approval. Once you approve your design, we will send for print. If you select print services, we will send your design for print and ship when ready. FOR REPRINT SERVICES: Email info@kaylaurice.com with your order information and we will invoice you for payment.

What is the "Design Process" after payment?Fill out our design online design form online or email info@kaylaurice.com to gather the necessary information to complete the design project. Once we receive all of your information we will start on the project and send you a draft in 3 business days. Once you receive your draft, you have up to 48-72 hours to approve or to provide changes. If no response has been provided, we will close your order and no refund will be provided. IF changes have been sent we will make the changes and RESEND another draft for approval. We do not finalize anything until you approve. *** Please note we only allow two separate revision drafts before we charge $5 per additional revision. **** Once you approve your design, we will send you your files or send for print.

How do I know what size label to order?We do not recommend sizes. We recommend googling the recommended label size for your products.

What is the turnaround time for label printing?Turnaround times are based on the type of labels. Some labels can be printed same or next day and some need a 5 business day turnaround time.
