I am very disappointed with my order. The item appeared rushed and was not fulfilled as requested.Items were missing from the order, and the overall quality was poor. The color on the stole was faded, and some of the lettering was double-printed, making it look unprofessional and difficult to read.
If the order could not be completed correctly or within the required time frame, I would have preferred to be notified rather than receive an incomplete and defective product. RUSHED MONEY HUNGRY!!!!
I had Kay print my daughter’s shirts and stole last year absolutely fell in love with them! I still wear the shirt from time to time.
The end product exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was very good. There was a delivery mix-up, but the owner acted quickly and made everything right. Her assistant remained in constant contact with me from my first question to the point Ms. Kay took over due to the delivery mix-up. I would definitely use the services again.
