This is where assessment becomes strategy. During your Executive Strategy Session, Kay Laurice will present the findings from your Business Assessment and provide strategic recommendations based on your goals, resources, challenges, and current marketing environment. Your session may include: * Business and marketing findings * Growth Readiness Scorecard * Primary marketing bottleneck * Strategic priorities * Key growth opportunities * Risks and constraints * Recommended marketing investment * Customized 90-Day Growth Roadmap * Recommended next steps Your 90-Day Growth Roadmap will outline what we recommend focusing on during: Days 1–30: Foundation Days 31–60: Activation Days 61–90: Optimization If Kay Laurice is the right partner to implement the strategy, we will also discuss the recommended level of support. To book this session $350 deposit is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due 48 hours before our session. If payment is not submitted BEFOREHAND, session will be cancelled and no deposit will be refunded. The individual does have the option of rescheduling one time before permanently canceling service.
