By enrolling in any Kay Laurice Design & Print website management service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope
Website management services include ongoing maintenance, updates, and support based on the selected plan. Services are limited to the features outlined within each package. Any additional work outside of the plan scope may require a separate quote.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, login access, and clear instructions for requested updates. Delays in providing required materials may impact turnaround times.

3. Turnaround Time
Update requests are completed within the timeframe associated with your selected plan. Turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the request and current workload.

4. Communication
All requests and communication must be submitted via the approved communication channel (email). Response times vary by plan level.

5. Payment & Billing
All website management services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to submit payment may result in paused services until the account is brought current.

6. No Guarantee of Results
While strategies and optimizations may be implemented, Kay Laurice Design & Print does not guarantee specific results such as increased traffic, leads, or sales, as performance depends on multiple external factors.

7. Third-Party Platforms
Clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions to any third-party platforms required for their website (such as hosting, domains, Wix, or other integrations). Kay Laurice is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Revisions & Limitations
Services are intended for ongoing maintenance and optimization. Full redesigns, extensive revisions, or large-scale changes are not included and will be quoted separately.

9. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability
Kay Laurice Design & Print is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions resulting from website errors, third-party failures, or client-provided content.

11. Agreement
By purchasing and continuing service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
