How do I place a print order?

Please submit your order through our website/order request form or by email info@kaylaurice.com . DMs may be used for quick questions or communication, but complete order details should not be submitted through social media messages or text messages.

Do I have to pay before my order is printed?

Yes. Orders under $1,000 must be paid in full before production begins. Larger projects may qualify for a deposit/payment schedule depending on the scope of the order.

How long does printing take?

Standard production time is based on the particular product and order amount or size. Please review the turnaround times on the product page before submitting your order.

Do weekends count as business days?

No. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

When does my turnaround time begin?

Accepted Answer

Production turnaround begins after payment has been received, all required information/files have been submitted and the final proof has been approved. Time spent waiting for information or approval is not included in the production turnaround.

Do you offer rush printing?

Rush service may be available depending on the product, quantity and current production schedule. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee and must be approved before payment.

Can I provide my own design for printing?

Yes. If you already have a print-ready design, you may submit it with your order. We will let you know if the file does not meet the requirements needed for your selected product.

What if my artwork isn't print-ready?

If your artwork needs to be recreated, adjusted or professionally designed before printing, an additional graphic design fee may apply.

Can I make changes after approving my proof?

Please review your proof carefully before approving it. Once a proof has been approved and the order has entered production, changes may not be possible. If a change can be made, additional fees and production time may apply.
