  • What is the Design Process after payment?
    Fill out our design online design form to gather the necessary information to complete the design project. Once we receive all of your information we will start on the project and send you a draft in 3 business days. Once you receive your draft, you have up to 48 hours to approve or to provide changes. If no response has been provided, we will close your order and no refund will be provided. IF changes have been sent we will make the changes and RESEND another draft for approval. We do not finalize anything until you approve. *** Please note we only allow two separate revision drafts before we charge $5 per additional revision. **** Once you approve your design, we will send you your files or send for print.
  • What is the Print Process after payment?
    IF you have your design READY, please email to info@kaylaurice.com OR upload your files on our upload page on the website. You will receive confirmation that we have your file. Please remember that WE PRINT AS IS. If we print and your does not come out how you would like we ARE NOT AT FAULT!
  • What is the Web Design Process after payment?
    Fill out our design online form to gather the necessary information to complete the design project. Please email the additional information that is needed to complete your site. Once we receive all of your information we will start on the project and send you a draft link in 30 business days. Once you receive your draft, you have up to 48 hours to approve or to provide changes. If no response has been provided, we will close your order and no refund will be provided. IF changes have been sent, we will make the changes and RESEND another draft link for approval. We do not finalize anything until you approve. *** Please note we only allow two separate revision drafts before we charge $5 per additional revision. **** Once you approve your website, we will then setup a website tutorial with Kay to teach you how to navigate and use your site back office and also how to make cosmetic changes. During this time you will also setup your website domain name. and publish the site.
  • What is the difference between the design, print and both option?"
    Design or Design Only is to create your design for your product Print or Print Only is strickly for printing Both or Design and Print is to design and print your order.
  • What is the turnaround time for design or print services?
    Please read the description of the product you would like to purchase on the product page. It will tell you the turn around time for both services.
  • What is the turnaround time for web design services?
    It is 30 NET days unless you opt to for the rush service which is $100 more for a 14-business day turnaround.
  • How long do I have to send revisions for my design project?
    Once proof is received customer has 24-48 hours to submit their revisions After 5 days of no answer or revisions provided from customer, the project will be closed, and no refund will be provided.
